You can actually use any format for beta (or any other output). I usually use mgh. To view it on the surface, you can run: tksurfer average7 lh inflated -overlay beta.mgh (or beta.bhdr) What version are you using? This should work with any from the last 6 mo. dioug Marie Schaer wrote: He

Hello everybody, I have some trouble reading bfloat format, as given by the --beta output of mris_glm. I tried load overlay in tksurfer but a register.dat file seems to be necessary, can someone help me about how I can visualize the regression coefficient on the inflate surface? Thank you very
