This is a bug in make_average_subject. I have created patch which you
can get from here:
ftp://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/pub/dist/freesurfer/6.0.0-patch/
Follow the instructions in the README file for this bug. Please let me
know if this works.

I’m getting an error in make_average_subject and can’t find the reason.
