There is not an easy way to do this. A couple of things you can do:
First, convert the MNI152 coordinate to MNI305 coordinate. Then
(1) load the cluster into tksurfer or freeview with fsaverage. fsaverage
is in mni305 space, so you should be able to plug the coordinates into
the RAS space. The
Hi Freesurfer mailing list,
Is there a way to determine if a specific MNI location is included in
any of the clusters that are significant in a freesurfer GLM analysis
(after monte-carlo)? We have a specific coordinate of interested from a
previous analysis (e.g. -21, 11, -17) and wish to know

Hi Alex,
you should get the MNI coords for all your subjects - recon-all runs the
MNI talairach procedure. Did you move things around on disk? I think there
are times that it can't find the xform anymore because it is in a different

Hi Alex,
try "volume scanner coords" for the subjects that don't have the MNI
coords. Sorry, I know this is more confusing than it needs to be. In the
new version you just specify voxel coords :)
