sorry, we are not supporting qdec anymore. Please use the command line
tools (mris_preproc, mri_surf2surf, mri_glmfit, mri_glmfit-sim). See the
tutorials

Hard to say. We are not supporting QDEC anymore for these types of
reasons. Can you cut and paste that mri_glmfit command into the terminal
and see what happens?

Hi FreeSurfers,
I have trouble loading the .dat file into qdec, receiving the following

Hi Natalia,
/TemplateSub1/surf/lh.thckness.fwhm10.fsaverage.mgh
there is an 'i' missing in thckness (but that might be just a typo).
also this is a regular thickness file. You cannot analyze the thickness
in the base. That is meaningless, you need to select one of the other
files in qdec, e.g. t
Hi Natalia,
check your qdec/.QDECRC file, it needs to contain:

MEASURE3 = long.thickness-pc1
MEASURE4 = long.thickness-spc

long_mris_slopes worked without problems for my data which was
longtudinally processed in 4.5.
I also split the qdec.table to the cross for being able to be loaded
in qdec GUI.
Somehow I got the error th
Hi Sophy,
According to Qdec wiki page, you should also run
recon-all -s -qcache
This will create the pre-smoothed surfaces in surf/ directory.
Best wishes,
Tanja.

Hi Freesurfers,
There existed an error "Error in Analyze: Couldn't open file
/usr/local/freesurfer/subjects/PD1/surf/lh.thickness.fwhm10.fsaverage.mgh",
when I clicked on the button "Analyze" in qdec design. I have only done
"recon-all" with my data (PD-MPR group and Controled-MPR group). Did I mi
