Dear Freesurfer Experts,
I was wondering if its possible to combine 2 mgz files?
the 2 files don't have overlaps..
sincerely,
Andy

Dear Freesurfer Experts,
I am trying to combine aparc.annot with aseg.mgz for a Vervet monkey brain,
the Aseg.mgz is hand made, not generated by freesurfer.
so far I have no luck with it, So i've decided to go with a different
approach,
which is to add the Aseg (subcortical structures labels)
Dear Freesurfer experts,
I'm trying to convert the annotation file into (binary Analyze file),
I tried the command mri_label2vol and it seems to worked fine,
but I find out that the output file is in 32bit/vox resolution, and
the program
I want to use to open the file doesn't support that and
Dear Freesurfer Experts,
I was able to use mris_ca_train to produce a atlas (.gcs) file with all the
labels I am interested in, and I also modified the surface_labels.txt in the
freesurfer folder so only the labels I am interested are listed on the
txt file.
however, when I try to use mris_c
Dear Freesurfer Experts
I'm trying to train the program to recognize subcorticle structures of
Vervet monkeys using command mri_ca_train.
I've manually made a bunch of labels, and as I use the mri_ca_train,
it stopped for no reason.

Hi everyone,
my name's Andy, I am a researcher in UCLA brain mapping group
using Freesurfer we successfully generated the Surface or the
vervet monkey brain, and our next step is to perform a surface
segmentation using an .gcs file we created by hand.
If there's anyway to flip the freesurfer form
