Dear Freesurfer Experts,
I am trying to combine aparc.annot with aseg.mgz for a Vervet monkey brain,
the Aseg.mgz is hand made, not generated by freesurfer.
so far I have no luck with it, So i've decided to go with a different
approach,
which is to add the Aseg (subcortical structures labels) onto the
annotation file,
then do a label2vol to convert annotations to volume.
so I was wondering if there's any command to convert Aseg file into
label or annotation format, thank you very much in advance.
