Hi,
I'd like to convert a subject's aparc+aseg.mgz to mni305 (2mm) space.
So, I ran the following commands (FS 5.1):
(from subject's mri directory)
mri_vol2vol --mov orig.mgz --tal --s $SUBNAME --o orig.mni2mm.mgz
mri_label2vol --seg aparc+aseg.mgz --o aparc+aseg.mni2mm.nii.gz --reg
orig.mni2mm.
Hi all,
I noticed in the new version of Freesurfer, you now offer the option to
resample raw functional data to a standard (MNI or surface) space at the
preprocessing stage (preproc-sess) as opposed to after statistical maps have
been computed, but I couldn't find much documentation relevant to th
ure properly formed...Is there any obvious problem with
this? (slash, obviously better way to do this?)
Thanks a lot for your help.
Best,
Tim

Hi all,
I'm creating binary mask volumes in a subject's native functional space from
the segmented brain in aparc+aseg.mgz (FS v 4.5). I have found that doing
this two different ways produces different results, and I'm wondering if
anyone can illuminate why this might occur and which method is mor
I have another suggestion. When I am logged to my machine locally,
tksurfer works but only if I enable auto-redraw AND the color scale
bar. However, when I log in remotely (via FreeNX), I get the same
sliver problem described here.
I found a workaround, which is to use VirtualGL. If you can instal
