Hello Freesurfers,
Is there any way to run random effects analysis using mri_glmfit with
registration to MNI152 instead of MNI309? Also, is there a way to use a
nonlinear warp instead of an affine transformation (for example by using
"applywarp" from FSL) to bring data to a common space for rando
Hello Freesurfers
I would like to run a specialized group GLM analysis on the volume using
estimates from the individual subject analysis in Freesurfer as summary
statistics. I would like to learn a little more about how this estimation
is done before doing so. I have looked at the documentation
Hi,
I noticed that mc-sess produces a file for external mc regressors that can
be used for analysis with "mcparams2extreg". I can see the added regressors
in my design matrix if I decide to include them. How are these external
regressors actually calculated? Are the same set of motion parameter
t they must all appear at least once

Hello,
I have event related data with 69 different conditions, and every condition
does not appear in every run. This causes selxavg-sess to throw an error.
Part of the relevant debug output is below. Why does every condition need
to appear in every run?
Thank you,

Hello,
I am having trouble running motion correction on a set of block design
data. When the matlab script is run, I get an error saying:
"ERROR: ntrs = 2 < 6"
I am not sure what this error means, except that ntrs, comes from the
fmc.mcdat file. Could anyone explain to me what this error m
