nnotations (e.g., label/rh.aparc.a2009s.annot,
right?) are what I need for this, but they're not plain text, so I don't
know how to use them to create a colormap like Ruopeng suggested.

Got it, thanks!
Could you tell me how I can map a particular ROI (for instance the
Destrieux cortical surface ROIs) to a set of vertices that make up the ROI?
Is there a lookup table I can use?

I've been trying to do this as well, but I can't see the right place to
specify in freesurfer to specify an alternative lookup table.
For instance, if I am coloring a pial surface, then the first possibility
is to set a Color (where I can "load RGB map
be inputing a result from
vol2surf instead of from preprocessing output?
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Thanks for your help on this! It was a corruption problem, just as you
said- didn't seem to be a disk space problem, but I deleted the file,
re-ran, and things went fine.

lt to process images
without having a T1 from the same session as each image.
If there's not an easy way to do this, would a suitable workaround be to
create a separate anatomical subject folder for every subject*session?
Thanks very much for your help!

alysis, at which point do I apply preprocessing? Is
there a guide specifically describing how to apply smoothing to data
originating from FSL?
Thank you very much to anyone willing to help!
