External Email - Use Caution Not sure how you setup/installed ants in your home directory, but it could be the install permissions are wrong on antsRegistrationSyNQuick.sh.  You could try making that script executable with, $ chmod 755 /home/vbarletta/ants-2.5.4/bin/antsRegistrat
