Hello everyone,
I am trying to display my lesion map I created in Matlab on a cortical surface,
and am getting the following error:

Please disregard previous email! I was able to run recon-all on the MNI
template and named it template_RW.nii
I have run the following code:
mri_vol2surf --src rReslice_Combined_roi_meanRD.nii --regheader template_RW.nii
--projfrac 0.5 --hemi lh --ou

To create rReslice_Combined_roi_meanRD.nii, I extracted ROIs from the AAL atlas
to code the lesion map by frequency.
Could I use fsaverage for the anatomical reference?
