I solved this. In case it is useful for someone else:
the load_mgh needs a temp dir in case the input is a mgz, to store the unzipped
file.
To set the tmp dir, set the TMPDIR or TEMPDIR evnironment variable, otherwise
/scratch is used if p

Dear all,
this error seems to be gdfCheckNPerClass in utils/fsgdf.cpp. Using "doss" or
"DOSS" as a tag in the FSGD file doesn't help either, strangely. Could it be
that it should be strcasecmp() instead of strcmp() in line 1046 of fsgdf.cpp?
