In order to calculate the global white matter fractional anisotropy FA I used
(wm.mgz ) the output of recon-all as a mask in the following command line
mri_segstats --seg $SUBJECTS_DIR/015601/mri/wmparc.mgz --cta

what version are you using? You can always leave the overlay_threshold
out and set it through the interface instead

Dear freesurfer group, is there a command to extract lobar gyrification values
for each subject? If so please what are the steps? if Ive already created the
lobar annotation labels, can I extract gyrifaction with these if I have already
passed the gyrification command?
