Hi,
My question relates to the order of processing images from different time
points in the longitudinal stream.
The base-line images I have were collected in 2006, but many of these images
are of poorer quality than those collected in 2008 at follow up.
Given this description from Han et al.,
Hi Garth,
they need to be in the same SUBJECTS_DIR, although it can just be a
symlink.

Hi Doug & Freesurfer experts,
Is there a way to run mri_label2label to copy a label from one subject to
another in a different SUBJECTS_DIR, or do the subjects have to be in the same
directory for label2label to work (e.g. vs_subject1 in SUBJECTS_DIR_A to
subject1_anat in SUBJECTS_DIR_B)? I am
Hi Gabriel,
that's probably what's causing the problems. Unfortunately a bunch of us
are off to HBM, so it may be a little while before we get to fix it.

that's why i put the -cm flag to the autorecon1, but i didn't made any other
change, is there any way to normalize the size of the image, without recon?
Thanks, Gabriel

Hi Gabriel,
did you do anything "nonstandard" to your aseg volume or anywhere else in
the stream? The aseg should be 256^3 1imm iso, but for some reason it's
not.

I redownloaded the mri_ca_label file and worked, it seems that gets corrupted
when donwloading, but now it appears a new error, from
