Hi Hugo, it's hard to tell what's going on from a single slice, and you have the window level quite high. I would guess that the left temporal lobe needs some control points or manual edits to connect the wm of the superior temporal gyrus, but we'd need to have the dataset to see for sure. che

Hi Prapti, A work around can be try running mri_glmfit with --label yourRoilabel flag, and then run mri_glmfit-sim. mri_glmfit --y ... --fsgd --surf --C --glmdir --label mri_glmfit-sim --sim .. --glmdir -
