Hi Prapti,

A work around can be try running mri_glmfit with --label yourRoilabel flag,

and then run mri_glmfit-sim.


mri_glmfit --y  ...
           --fsgd
           --surf
           --C
           --glmdir
           --label

mri_glmfit-sim  --sim ..
                --glmdir
                --sim-sign
