Hi Narly,
You can take a look at the Desikan et al. 2006 paper for boundary
definition for the transverse temporal gyrus.

Martin,
This works perfectly!

Hi Liz,
try this:
mri_convert -T $BASEDIR/transforms/${TP}_to_base.lta -rl
$BASEDIR/norm.mgz -rt nearest --out_type nii $TPDIR/mri/aseg.mgz
$TPDIR/aseg.base.nii
(that should work, if not split it into two steps: transform and then
convert into nii).
The -rl (reslice like) is important, if you wa
It needs "Variables" not "Variable"

Hello,
I would like to know more about the automatic labelling of the transverse
temporal gyrus is done. I looked at the below article but don't see any
details about this structure.

I would for example like to know how
Hi FreeSurfer,
I am trying to run Glm for a group comparison analysis
I ran the mris_prepoc and mri_surf2surf and it completed without
error. However, when I run mri_glmfit it gives me the following error:
gdfReadHeader: reading comp_groups.fsgd
INFO: ignoring tag Variable
ERROR: gdfReadV1: Inp
Hi Rosa,
have you run the qdec analysis? It will create the sig.mgh (as well as
many other things)
cheers,
Bruce

Hi FreeSurfer Users,
I'm still having no luck getting my timepoints to realign to the base space
so that I can calculate volume overlap between the timepoints. Here's what
I've been trying:
BASEDIR=path to base/mri
TPDIR=path to timepoint
Convert the .lta tpNid_to_baseid.lta transform to .xfm a
Maybe you can try to update your graphic card driver

Hi,
I change the input and output from curv to surface, but the error is the
same.
So, how do I do to resolve it?
Thank you in advance!
