Chris, Unfortunately, v3.0.3 is no longer available for download. As it is, since you are running on Debian, you probably want to run v3.0.4, as it fixed a problem found on Debian systems. Results between 3.0.3 and 3.0.4 should be identical, where exceptions are noted in the ReleaseNotes: htt

Glenn, There is not a problem mixing subjects processed with the 32bit version and 64bit version, nor between OS type. The variance of Freesurfer results resulting from the randomness of some of the algorithms (about 0.01%) is actually greater than the variance of results between different addres

2006-12-13 Thread Doug Greve
Yes, you can just set up the contrast as you describe, ie, mkcontrast-sess -a 1 -a 2 -c 3 will average conditions 1 and 2 and compare the average against 3. You can recode your par file if you want, but it probably won't make any difference unless you are using an FIR model. doug Cameron

It looks like you have it correct. The docs are admittedly incomplete, but they are slowly getting updated. One of the things that is changing is that I'm transitioning away from the isxavg programs to mri_glmfit, which is much more flexible for doing random group and inter-group analysis. mr

Hi actually each .annot file has a color table embedded in it. The parcellation value is packed into an rgb value, and stored for each vertex in the .annot file (r+b<<8+g<<16). There is matlab code to read in the .annots if you want. To find the outline you just find the set of all vertices t
