Thank you for the response Eric! I now have the program functioning, and it was a JEMMEX error! Cnczeus needs EMS, and it will tell you so if you try to boot without it, so disabling JEMM386 was not an option. Luckily, my problem was as simple as a missing page frame, which I found by booting i
