How is the Floppy install failing on the 4th diskette? Without further 
information and since that media has been used on various platforms, I suspect 
the diskette used is bad or ailing.

As for the FullUSB and LiteUSB, those are disk images not disc images. They 
need to be written as-is to a USB Flash Drive, Hard disk or memory card. They 
contain partition and a partition table. Writing those images to a drive is 
easy under Linux or MacOS by simply using the “dd” command. However under 
Windows additional software would be needed. Such software is often designed to 
turn bootable CD/DVD images into bootable USB Sticks. If said software performs 
any modifications to the image while writing it to the drive, it is highly 
probable it will no longer boot or be usable.

As for plop, never used it. So, can’t say why it won’t boot the USB install 
media.
