The docs would say to use FDIMPLES to install from either the Live CD or the Bonus CD. Jerome mentioned last week that there's a bug in the FDIMPLES included in RC5 that it doesn't recognize the packages on the Bonus CD, and shared a link to the updated version. You can use that updated FDIMPLES t
