The docs would say to use FDIMPLES to install from either the Live CD or the Bonus CD.
Jerome mentioned last week that there's a bug in the FDIMPLES included in RC5 that it doesn't recognize the packages on the Bonus CD, and shared a link to the updated version. You can use that updated FDIMPLES to install packages from the Bonus CD. Alternatively, packages are just zip files. So you can just unzip every DJGPP package from the Bonus CD to C:\ and that will do the same thing.
