I have this same problem on some production servers running 4.10-RELEASE-p16. My work around is to set the arp cache timeout on our 2811 router to 10 seconds. Colin David Kirchner

I have made this change on the switch my virtual machines are connected to. We use HP PorCurve switches, unfortunately the switch needs to be rebooted for the change to take effect, I will have to do this late tonight. I will let you know the outcome. Colin
