i succeeded. installed gcc48, softlinked gcc48 to gcc in /usr/local and did make install clean without any options Virtualbox compiled fine and runs fine. I can run linux, windows XP and windows 7 pro without problems both with one and more CPU threads selected. But i cannot allocate >3.5GB

With which options are you building this port? The error indicates that you are building with the PHP bindings. Correct? If you are, could you check on the contents of /usr/ports/print/cups-base/work11/stage/usr/local/lib/php/20100525/? Is the directory even there? I'm going to guess the answer w
