Jeremy, this looks to me like a premature dismissal of a valid solution to a problem observed in practice. Yes, the Perl upgrade to 5.14 triggered that, but if evidently the port doesn't build without lang/p5-Switch (see repeated reports on ports@), then why did you reject this patch? Best regar
