[patch] Incredible speedup of pkg_add/pkg_delete!

Here is a patch that greatly speeds up package dependency registration/deregistration on install/deinstall, especially for packages with huge numbers of dependencies. I plan to commit it to -CURRENT in a week. I'd like to get some reviews and wider testing exposure before I do that. Instructions:

I upgraded to the latest gnutls-2.2.2 port in addition libgcrypt is also updated. For over a month now the port has been buggy and segfaults. 1 - certtool tool seg faults on execution. 2 - everything I compile that depends on gnutls such as the gnutls module for inspircd segfaults. gnutls-2.2.2
