Hi, Stephane!
First of all thanks for you time and efforts on this matter.
Great job, really!
Well, I've managed to compile and launch Galileo on my i386 laptop.
# uname -smrni
FreeBSD beastie.lan 8.0-RC1 i386 BEASTIE_SMP_ULE
#java -version
java version "1.6.0_03-p4"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Envir
me 2.28.
It looks running OK, but if I try to update/install plugins "finish" button does not respond and I cannot proceed - I cannnot install plugins.
I am not sure if it is because of gnome-2.28 related. Is it my unique problem? or any fixes available?

I fetched the file for your site and everything went OK. I did not have any
java related problem when compiling. I am using i7 (amd64 OS), 4GB RAM and
jdk1.6.0.
It runs smooth

I installed the WTP (http://download.eclipse.org/webtools/updates/),
the installation goes well. But I cant see the WTP installed.
I had already restarted the eclipse, but there's neither new icon at

SEGV's occasionally. So I'm
migrating from freebsd jdk (diablo) to openjdk. I will do clean install
of eclipse tonight and will install some plugins using p2 and will make
you aware about results).
Thanks.

to openjdk6 helped. So, may be it is worth to add smth. like belows to
Makefile (I guess it is also possible to replace openjdk with bsdjava
and it should work too)?
.if ${OSVERSION} >= 90
