Suggestion: Make RELNOTES.TXT install from [cdrom] media root to target host [root ?], to make it easier for 4.* to 5 upgraders & testers etc, to do a quick check on what is changed. 70K of space used will save many people time. It's on the web, (if one is connected when testing),
