Created a boot media for 12.2-RELEASE and tried it on my SuperMicro X6DH8-G2+
last night: Boots up without any problems.

It turns out the KBDC_QUIRK_KEEP_ACTIVATED is the problem. The keyboard works
fine with the other quirks on.
