It is modular, so it suppors writing various versions of MS Office XLS
and even experimental ODS and xlsx, althougth I don't recommend those.
I think that Excel 5.0 was with the best support.
Download the latest source code from subvers
Searched, but could not find, a library/unit for creating spreadsheets.
XLS, open doc.. or anything that would allow to create spreadsheet tabs to
later on open with Excel.
Trying to see if there is one before trying to create one.
