Well, the point is to test any code that you may have broke. 4.6 is
supposed to be the baseline, and if I break something that was working in
4.6, then I need to know about it.

I will investigate the test failures over the next few days. There are two
sets of failures that are troubling that we want to make sure isn't in 4.9.
The rest might be flaws in the tests themselves.
