agreed, Terminology terms should be chose very carefully, cuz it could cause a
lot of misunderstanding.

I guess "flex directory" better modified to "develop directory" cuz that's what
it is now in the "develop branch".

The update worked for me too(OS: Windows 7 32bit), there is a little problem
with the update UI though, the progressBar doesn't move smoothly :)
also checked the install log, shows "Version 0.7.13 (windows)"
