In theory, any new tests should pass, but it is very easy for them to pass
on your system and have them fail on other systems. New tests often need
some back and forth between systems and OS's to work out any kinks.

Thank's Alex, I'll run the test in the day then.
BTW, that makes me wonder, is it a normal process here to commit tests that
not pass or it's an exception ?

Hi Alex,
What then for the failed tests not relative to AdvancedDataGrid and Charts
?
I've got no clue how to fix them and some are relative to CSS, except I
wanted to run the test suite against a patch which modify CSSCondition, does
it worth to test it anyway or I have to wait for someone
I would ignore AdvancedDataGrid and Charts. The tests are newly donated and
I'm not sure they have been proven to work on both platforms.
I ran the full suite last night and saw the same other errors.

After a closer look, they all failed comparing bitmaps except for the three

Hi,
Hi,
Can someone confirm he recently ran the all test suite with no failed tests ?
I just ran it and had 90 tests failed[1]
After a quick look at the advanceddatagrid ones, it appear that’s due to the
sort separator comparing bitmaps and the edges of the glyphs too.

Williams,
It seems this is an issue with Adobe AIR, not Flex. I don't think we have
the ability to fix this, as the code is not ours to fix. You may need to
open a ticket with Adobe, or ask the question in the Adobe AIR forums to
see if they can help you out more.

Hi Kevo,
I don't see anything wrong with your posting as you clearly marked the
thread as having to do with Flash Builder. Jeffry's comments, as he stated,
were just a tad bit anal retentive as you aren't posting questions to Adobe
on Apache Flex's mailing list but instead simply sharing some info
Still, those using Flash Builder 4.7 would have found that they required a
new serial number to continue using it.
I thought I might share my findings with others who might have been
affected in the same way. I'm sorry if I ruffled your feathers or broke
etiquette by posting something off topic, b

You are misinformed:
If you want to develop applications with Apache Flex 4.8, you can use
Flash Builder 4.6 just fine. You can use IntelliJ. You can use command

As far as I know, you need Flash Builder 4.7 to work with Apache Flex.
I also demarked the title with [Flash Builder] to give a clue as to the
contents.

There was a discussion in another thread. Maybe I misunderstood. Anyway develop
branch was broken. Release branch doesn't have this problem.

Oh, I see...
How do you think this could affect the release? Are you aware if there's
any check for build.number somewhere? Only rpc, spark and spark_dmv were
including this file inside their swcs in the whole sdk. The release process
will still use the build.number to update all the Version.as fi

You might want to double check that it not used in the release build. I think
that the version number is used when generating the RSLs.

No problem Greg!
I've just verified that I have access and have been able to do a simple
commit, so I'm ready to go :)
Thanks!

Sorry for the delay again. I've now given jbalsas commit access to Flex.
I know some of the other new committers had issues with publishing the
site. I'm not sure if that ever got resolved. But you should have access to
the source repo now.

I have purchased all my Adobe software licenses from the Business Store:
http://volumelicensing.adobe.com/
And I end up retrieving my serial numbers from this URL

Perhaps they have a different process for updating customers who purchased
via other methods.
