The product key is stored in the BIOS, when connected to the internet will
automatically activated at running Windows 11 Pro.
Did you disable ME state before flashing the BIOS?
Goto 'advanced' page and click 'Ctrl+F1' to show hidden option. Disable the ME
State by path: Advanced >
