At first, you need to put aside 66 since you must use 2 bills (or notes) of
$20, 2 bills of $10, 1 bill of $5 and 1 for $1. All the required notes make
$66. Then you can make any adjustment with the 50c, 20c, 10c, 5c, 2c and
1c. People who like binary counting and all that stuff should be fine
Are you saying that you start with the final amount, ie 309.84 then use the
required values @ 66 to find the amount of each various amount needed to get to
the difference to come up with (bottom row shown here)
