Please find attached the solution.
1) For the rounding of the numbers, I have used : =ROUND(B2,-1) in the
Column C.
2) For the formatting of the numbers I have used the following custom format
:
[>=1000]##\,##\,##\,###.00;[>=10]##\,##\,###.00;#,##0.00
