1) For the rounding of the numbers, I have used : =ROUND(B2,-1) in the Column C. 2) For the formatting of the numbers I have used the following custom format : [>=10000000]##\,##\,##\,###.00;[>=100000]##\,##\,###.00;#,##0.00 Please let me know if it helps.
