1. You wants to show all indus id with last two entry
Or
2. You want to see last two entry of any one indus id you choose (by drop
down option...)

Do the fallowing steps:
1:select B2 cell
2:Go to Conditional formatting click manage rules click on New Rules
3:Select Rules type [use formula to determine which cell to format ]
4:In edit Rule description Type or write : =B2>1
5:Click on format ->Select Fill -> Choose any color ->c
