Hi Neeraj,

Do the fallowing steps:
1:select B2 cell 
2:Go to Conditional formatting click manage rules click on New Rules 
3:Select Rules type [use formula to determine which cell to format ]
4:In edit Rule description  Type or write : =B2>1 
5:Click on format ->Select Fill -> Choose any color ->click ok ->Click ok 
6: Select Range to apply formating [Select all the rows from A2 to up to 
last row of your data including column B ]
7: Click Apply.
