Hello Dilip Sir,
If there is data in the same column above then Press Alt+ Down Arrow.
This will show the list of the unique values above.
As i am a beginner in excel Let me know if this is a valid sugestion.

As per my knowledge, you can set the validation by choosing any of the
available option which are there in Data->Validation, but then you have to
choose the desired item manually from the drop down..
Alternatively, if the data is already typed in the column, then Excel itself
shows auto
