It would be ideal to use datedif formula like this
C1 =DATEDIF(A1-1, B1, "Y") . For instance if your start date is 1-Jan-04 &
end date is 31-Dec04 then datedif (without -1) will give you 0 as years
where as you are expecting answer 1.. :)
