I update the attached sheet. As you can see there are additional values in
the first 3 columns that will be affected if everything is shifted upward
by using the F5 solution. Thanks again for any help.
Best,

Ganesh,
Thanks for the reply. When I do that the other products beneath are left
without values in columns 4 and 6.

The attachment is an example of what the sheet currently looks like versus
what I want it to look like. The sheet I am working on has thousands of
these and I need a quick and easy way to align everything. Appreciate any
assistance.

D Column = Priority
I need an IF statement that states, IF the D Column = Low or Medium, use
the formula in the A Column, if not, then use B2 - C2.
Thanks in advance.

Greetings,
I need a formula that calculates the amount of time between 7pm and 6pm and
the entire weekend between 2 dates. Example:
A1 = End Date and Time 8/1/2012 12:00:00PM
B1 = Start Date and Time 8/21/2012 4:00:00PM
I need the result to be in hh:mm:ss.
Thanks in advance.

Greetings!
I have been using the formula below to calculate the time between a start
and end date and time during the work hours of 6AM and 7PM. The format for
the results are hh:mm:ss.
=MAX(0,TIME(19,0,0)-MAX(MOD(*O2*,1),TIME(6,0,0)))+
MAX(0,(NETWORKDAYS(INT(*O2*)+1,INT(*N2*)-1)))*13/24+
MAX(0
Greetings,
I am trying to figure out a formula that will give me the amount of
*NON-*business
hours (*7PM to 6AM M-F*, and *Saturday and Sunday* are the non-business
hours) *between* a *start date and time* and an *end date and time*.
Below is an example:
End Time = 8/20/2012 10:47 Start Time

B2 = Start Date and Time
Appreciate any assistance.

I currently use an IF formula (see below) to track total time to
resolve
an issue. Sometimes, the issues are placed in a Pending status so
there is a need to use the IF function.
I need the current formula below to use NETWORKDAYS to calculate
issues between 7AM and 6PM Monday-Friday. Please help
Dave, thank you very much. Great instructions at contextures.
