End Time = 8/20/2012 10:47 Start Time = 8/1/2012 10:47

I need to know the amount of hours between the 2 dayes that WERE NOT 
business hours, meaning the amount of hours on the weekend plus between 7pm 
and 6am. The result needs to be in hours, or hh:mm:ss format preferably.
