Hi Sandeep,
whenever we copy any data from any source we are not sure about the spaces
into the value. So i feel there may be the data item that you want not
duplicate contain any space and making it another explicit value.
So for avoiding above problem use "Trim()" fuction to remove the space
Dear Excel guru,
I have tried this data validation to stop duplicate entry as well as :
=and(countif($e$3:$e$500,e3)=1,len(e3)=15)
Though when some is making manual entry its working fine but it stops working
if someone copy from above or somewhere else.
Can I do something to stop this!!

Instead of adding all cells just Paste below formula in AE5 and Drag the
same upto AE25 .
Formula Is : =SUMPRODUCT(($C$4:$AD$4),($C5:$AD5))

Do the fallowing steps:
1:select B2 cell
2:Go to Conditional formatting click manage rules click on New Rules
3:Select Rules type [use formula to determine which cell to format ]
4:In edit Rule description Type or write : =B2>1
5:Click on format ->Select Fill -> Choose any color ->c
