If the total hours are less than the required hours that means the employee
is not working 8 hours which is required as per the company policy. Hence
it is reflecting the error. If the employee meets the desired criteria of 8
hours, then it is fine.

After you collapse the tree down to '2' you have to press (Alt+; ) so you
will select the visible cells only then copy these cells to new location and
remove the world total by find and replace that's all.
