3 select custom formating, Select require colour and prss ok.

Jerry, yeah renaming of the sheets is disabled, but as you raised your
query that you need to restrict renaming of sheets, without protecing
the sheet.
Actually, your query has given food for thought to figure out an
alternate way to achieve the same
