I am looking for a Macro / Option / Command, Whenever open a particular file then excel show me long pending Document (in massage windows / Fresh sheet) My Excel sheet have data as : A B C D F G H I J K L S.No. Customer Name Doc. No. Doc. Dt. Description Final Status / Days Pending Qty Doc. Status Invoice No Invoice Date Process 1 Mohan Corp. 1370 01-Jan-10 Tools Closed 2 Delivered D1024639 06-Jan-10 Complete 2 S.Kumar & Co. 1189 02-Jan-10 M. Tools Closed 1 Delivered D1025581 16-Jan-10 Complete 3 Lalit Enterprises 189 28-Dec-09 Tools Pending 3 Un-Delivered 4 S.K. & Co. 186 24-Dec-09 M. Tools Closed 7 Delivered D1024734 07-Jan-10 Complete Now Show all these Doc. No. with S. No. which are Pending in column G, or give any other helpful idea resolve this problems. Your help on this will be highly appreciated.
