Evolution version 3.40.2 (new install)
I transferred data from an other computer (same specs as above) using
backup/restore Evolution version was 3.28.5

I just restarted my flatpak build of Evolution 3.40.3 (flatpak git59a14d5)
on Linux Mint 19.3.
It comes up and throws a message about messages being unavailable in
offline mode.
No indication that anything was still running. Is there a flatpak version
of the
evolution --force-shutdown ?

A reboot of the system and Evolution still comes up as if everything is in
offline mode, however, I now
get a message that I'm disconnected with an offer to reconnect.
