Your exchange backend is crashing. Account setup went on fine for you? You can also try to create an account using Evolution's account setup wizard. I think it is better to file a bug with gdb traces for evolution-exchange-storage, when it crashes. See http://www.gnome.org/projects/evolution/bugs

I experienced exactly the same thing under Suse 9.3, FC4, and *possibly* Ubuntu (memory is fading). As soon as the exchange account was set-up, Evolution crashed every time on startup. I didn't feel I had enough to "go on" to file a bug. Incidentally, I finally installed Gentoo - where Evo is co
