The issue was not the use of symlinks, but the fact that the drive they

pointing to was formatted as NTSF. My entry in /etc/fstab was:

I would try to run evolution from a terminal, maybe it shows some error
message there. You can also try to create a file in that
/home/pc/.config/evolution/signatures
just to see whether the files can

Hi Maurice,
You can Add/Edit/Delete signature from Edit > Preferences >
Composer Preferences > signature tab.
Here you can create multiple signatures and at the time of composing
mail,you can select which ever you find suitable.
I hope it will solve the issue which you asked.
